Ordering & Payments

How can I use a discount code?

You may enter your discount code during checkout when paying by PayPal, credit card, or debit card. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Choose the item you would like to buy and add it to your cart.
  2. Open your cart and select “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” to continue to checkout. This option may also be used for PayPal payments.
  3. If you are using a mobile device, tap “Show Order Summary” and enter your promo code there.
  4. If you are checking out on desktop, you can apply the discount code in the code field displayed on the right side of the checkout page.
  5. Once the code has been successfully applied, proceed with payment using your preferred available payment method.

What is the shipping cost?

Our standard international shipping fee is generally USD $5.99. However, the exact shipping charge may differ depending on your delivery destination or any active promotional offers. The final shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. Gezyyhsryua ships to customers worldwide. To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be fulfilled through different warehouse partners located in various regions. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped from the most suitable available fulfillment location.

When will my order arrive?

After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes around 10–20 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier handling, customs clearance, and other logistics factors.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You may use the tracking number on third-party tracking platforms such as 17track.net or through the relevant carrier’s tracking page.

Why is my tracking status not changing?

Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. In many cases, it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update. It is also common for tracking activity to pause temporarily while a parcel is in transit between sorting centers, customs facilities, or carrier hubs.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some orders may be divided into multiple shipments, especially when items are stocked in different warehouses. This helps us process and deliver products more efficiently. If your order is shipped separately, each parcel will have its own tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@gezyyhsryua.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

Your email should include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The email address used when placing the order
  • The full corrected shipping address
  • Updated recipient name or phone number, if applicable

We will make every reasonable effort to update your order before fulfillment begins. However, once an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed.

Can I change the items in my order?

Item changes may be possible only if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please email us promptly at support@gezyyhsryua.com using the subject line:

Urgent: Order Change

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your checkout email address
  • The specific changes requested, such as size, color, quantity, or product selection

Requests submitted after fulfillment has started may not be eligible for modification.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. A small processing fee may apply to approved cancellations. Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.


After-Delivery Support

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry if your package or product arrived damaged. Please contact our support team at support@gezyyhsryua.com and provide the following information:

  • Clear photos or a video showing the damaged product
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

What if the product has a defect or quality problem?

Account & Communication

I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If the confirmation email is still not found, contact us at support@gezyyhsryua.com and provide the email address used at checkout. We will help verify your order and resend the confirmation where possible.

I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking details are typically sent within 1–2 business days after an order has been processed. If you have not received your tracking email after this period, please check your spam folder first. You may also contact us for assistance.
