Shipping Policy
Gezyyhsryua Shipping & Customer Service Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gezyyhsryua. We know that receiving your order on time is important, and this policy explains how our shipping process works, including preparation times, delivery estimates, tracking, and customer support procedures.

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it as soon as possible. Order verification, packing, and transfer to the shipping carrier generally take up to 3 business days.

Orders submitted during weekends will normally be arranged for shipment on the following Monday.

  1. Shipping Time & Delivery Fee

Our standard international shipping timeframe is typically 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, local delivery service, customs processing, and other external factors.

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to each order.

  1. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. These may include customs inspections, postal backlogs, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other logistical delays.

We appreciate your understanding and patience if your package takes longer than expected.

  1. Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may track your shipment through: www.17track.net

Please note that tracking information may not update immediately. It can take several days after shipment for the tracking system to show active movement.

  1. Split Shipments

For orders containing more than one item, products may be shipped separately. This can happen when items are stocked in different warehouses or when separate shipments allow us to deliver your order more efficiently.

Each package will have its own tracking number once it has been dispatched.

  1. Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or modify order details such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change requests must be submitted within 12 hours after placing the order.

A clear description of the change you would like to request

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you. However, once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, changes may no longer be possible.

  1. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a local post office or delivery facility.

Please use your tracking number to contact the local carrier or delivery provider first for pickup or redelivery instructions.

Gezyyhsryua is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, incomplete delivery information, or failure to collect the package from the carrier.

  1. When Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please review your tracking information first.

If the tracking page shows an update within the past 7 days, your package is still considered to be moving normally through the shipping network.

If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@gezyyhsryua.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Our customer support team will help check the shipment status.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier officially confirms that your package has been lost while in transit, Gezyyhsryua will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

However, packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located are not eligible for replacement or refund. In this situation, please check with neighbors, household members, front desk staff, building management, parcel lockers, or your local delivery office.

  1. Shipping Locations & Fulfillment Sources

Gezyyhsryua offers worldwide shipping. In rare cases where we are unable to deliver to a particular country or region, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders may be fulfilled from warehouses or logistics facilities located in the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners. This allows us to maintain product quality, stable supply, and competitive pricing.

  1. Important Shipping Notes

Delivery Estimates
All shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, local postal services, or other situations beyond our control are not the responsibility of Gezyyhsryua.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges required by their destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivered Packages
Once tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, Gezyyhsryua’s shipping responsibility is considered fulfilled. We are not liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery confirmation.
