General Return Terms
All sales made through Gezyyhsryua are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
A return-related resolution may only be considered when the product is confirmed to have a quality problem, arrives visibly damaged, or is not the item you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Although we make every effort to ensure products are checked before shipment, unexpected issues may occasionally occur during fulfillment or delivery.
Please examine your package promptly after it is delivered. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from your order, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
To submit a request, please email support@gezyyhsryua.com and provide the following details:
Your order number and the email address used for the order
A clear description of the problem
Photos or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product
After receiving your information, our support team will review the case. If the issue is verified and approved, we will offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances. This may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Refunds
When a full or partial refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow approximately 7–12 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Exchanges
Gezyyhsryua does not provide regular product exchanges.
A replacement may only be arranged when an item is confirmed by our support team to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacement eligibility is determined after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not mail any product back to us unless our customer service team has clearly instructed you to do so.
Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We are unable to issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other resolution for items sent back without approval.
